Meet Our Agents - Joshua Guider

Joshua Guider is a locally home grown Realtor who’s passionate about helping people make good financial decisions, find the homes they love, and be able to make money when it’s time to sell.  Joshua has purchased two homes: one in Buckhead and one in East Cobb.  He currently owns rental property and enjoys discussing investing in real estate and helping investors to find properties that will cash-flow as rentals.  His own experience of purchasing real estate and creating passive income can only provide clients with expert guidance and detail oriented assistance in purchasing the home of their dreams.

His track record includes doubling the renewal rate as a National Account Manager and Co-Managing the Renewals & Retention department at, the largest marketplace for custom manufacturing in the world.  In two years at, he exceeded goals by 25% and total sales of over $4 million annually. Prior, Joshua obtained his marketing experience as an Independent Internet Marketer using the eBay and Amazon platforms for nine years until the recession. At that time, he transitioned into working at PROMOVE, the largest real estate relocation service in Atlanta. At PROMOVE, Joshua helped over a 1000 people find new homes throughout Metro Atlanta.  As a Senior Property Specialist there, he fine-tuned his knowledge of neighborhood details and school districts in order to better service his clients needs.

  1. He was born in St. Thomas, USVI and moved to Atlanta when he was 6 years old
  2. He plays piano!
  3. He grew up playing travel team baseball and threw 2 No-Hitters, a Perfect Game, and played in the Dizzy Dean World Series and is also a HUGE Atlanta Braves fan
  4. He owned his own business when he was 17 as a Platinum Power Seller on eBay
  5. He and his wife, Feride lived in Turkey for 6 months in 2012
